Kolač sa belom čokoladom i malinama

Sweet white chocolate cake with raspberries.

Dobro došle nove mačkice!





Sastojci
  • 130gr bele čokolade za kuvanje koja već sadrži vanilin šećer, istopljena u ben mari.
  • šolja malina
  • 100gr šećera
  • 280gr brašna i 2 kašičice praška za pecivo
  • 3 jaja
  • 180gr margarina sa 25%puterom, istopljenog.
  • 185ml mleka
  • još 50gr istopljene bele čokolade za kuvanje za dekorisanje.
Kolač ispadne jako mekan!
Umutiti margrarin sa šećerom mikserom. Dodati jedno po jedno jaje. Mešati mikserom. Dodati polako čokoladu koja nije vruća i nastaviti mešanjem. Dodati brašno i prašak za pecivo kroz cediljke i mešati. Na kraju dodati mleko i ako je potrebno dodati još malo brašna, na primer 50gr još brašna. 
Uvaljati maline u brašno a skinuti višak brašna koristeći cediljke i staviti ih u smesu. Mešati lagano. Nekoliko malina sam stavila na površinu kolača kad sam stavial smesu u kalup i pre pečenja ja sam lagano pritisnula kašikom. Peći kolač u zagrejanoj rerni za 45 minuta na 170stepeni. Kolač je gotov kad u centru stavite nož a nož izlazi bez tragova testa na površini. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi u sobnoj temperaturi pa zatim dekorisati istopljenom čokoladom.

  • 150gr šećera
  • 600gr brašna
  • 20gr praška za pecivo
  • 200gr grčkog jogurta  2% masnoće
  • Prstohvat soli
  • 2 jaja
  • Kašika maslinovog ulja
  • 130gr bele čokolade za kuvanje
  • 50gr bele čokolade za kuvanje za dekorisanje
  • šolja malina
Ovako će kolač ispasti malo manje mekan, malo manje sladak i puno više light! Lagano.

A very soft cake. A cake made to celebrate the arrival of 6 kittens in life, in my garden.

Ingredients
  • 130gr white couverture chocolate, melted.
  • 1 cup rasberries
  • 100gr sugar
  • 280gr self-rising flour
  • 3eggs
  • 180gr margarine with 25% butter.
  • 185ml milk.
  • 50gr white couverture chocolate, melted, to decorate the cake.
In a bowl beat the with sugar and margarine using a mixer. Add the eggs one by one and keep on whisking. Then add the melted chocolate, just be careful and add it slowly in case it is very hot. Stir well and add the flour thoufg a sieve. Stir well with the mixer and add the milk. In the cake mix looks too liquid then add 50gr of flour more. Add some flour on the rasberries and then put then add the mone by one in the mixture and fold them gently using a wooden spoon. Just keep some of them to add them on the un-baked cake's surface and then just lightly press them with a spoon... as you see in the picture above. Pour the mixture in a pan on a baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven for 45-50minutes at 170C. 
Let the cake cool in room temperature and then decorate it with some melted white chocolate.

If you want to make a light version of this delicious cake then I recommend you to use the following ingredients:
  • 150gr sugar
  • 600gr self-rising flour
  • 200gr of 2% fat greek strained jogurt
  •  pinch of salt
  •  2 eggs
  • A tablespoon of extra virgin olive olive or sunflour oil.
  • 130gr white couverture chocolate, melted.
  • 50gr white couverture chocolate, melted, to decorate the cake
  • a cup of raspberries.
