Kakao keksići sa marmeladom.


Keksiči sa kakaom i marmeladom u centru.





 Sastojci

  • 90gr hladnog margarina, na kockice
  • 300gr brašna
  • 1 žumance
  • 1 jaje
  • prstohvat soli
  • 150gr šećera
  • kašika kakao-a
  • domaća marmelada od malina ili druga marmelada po želji

U posudu staviti šećer, kakao i brašno. Mešati kašikom. Dodati margarinu i trljati rukama sve dok ne bude kao pešak a komadice mrgarine se ne vide. Dodati jaje i žumance, posoliti i rukama napraviti testo. Formirati u obliku lopte, prekriti plastičnom fojlom i ostaviti u frižideru za pola sata. 
Nakon tog vremena napraviti kuglice od tog testa, pritisnuti dlanom da budu ravnije i pritisnuti prstom u centru dobro tako da ima dovoljnog prostora da stavite malu količinu marmelade. Keksiće lepo rasporediti na pleh na pek papir i peći na 180stepeni za desetak minuta.



Cacao cookies with raspberry jam filling

  • 90gr cold margarine cut into small cubes
  • 300gr all purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150gr sugar
  • A tablespoon of cocoa
  • Home-made raspberry jam or any other jam of your choice...
In a bowl combine the sugar, cocoa and flour. Add the margarine and make the mixture look like sand. Add salt. Rib the cubes of margarine with all the other ingredients between your hands so that no pieces of margarine can be seen in the mixture. Then add the egg and egg yolk and make a dough. Form a ball and cover it,let cool in the fridge for half an hour. Make balls using your hands and press them a little so that they become a little flat. In the middle press them with your finger and place a little jam, about 1/3 of a teaspoon. Bake them in a preheated oven on a baking sheet for about ten minutes at 180C.
Serve with a cup of tea.
