nešto zdravo za doručak

U roku od dva dana napravili smo ove keksice tri puta!

Sastojci
šolja ovsehin pahuljica mlevenih
oko 1/2 šolja brašna
kašika kakao-a
malo cimeta
korica pomorandža
100ml maslinovog ulja
kašičica margarina
1/2 kašičica praška za pecivo
1 jaje
4 kašike braon šećera (Raw cane sugar)

Sve sastojke osim brašna/praška za pecivo i komadica margarine staviti u posudu i mešati kašikom. Dodati brašno koliko treba i prašak za pecivo pa ponovo mešati kašikom. Možete oblikovati male loptice od testa i da ih prtisnite dlanom pa da napravite ovakve keksice... ali ja sam zaboravila da dodajem onaj komadic maslaca, pa evo dodala sam na kraju i rukom mešala da ide svuda. 
Keksiće lepo rasporediti na podmazan margarinom pleh i na papir za pečenje pa peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni za desetak mimnuta.

Easy to make Cookies with wholegrain rolled oats, raw cane sugar and cocoa 

Actually I came up with the idea of making these cookies one morning when I needed a healthy breakfast! I love making biscuits or cookies out of ...almost nothing, I love making them with extra virgin olive olive and avoid butter! Avoiding butter does not mean that the result is not delicious! This is a yummy treat! 
And this is how i make it!
i just mix  all the ingredients of the following list in a large bowl, then stir them with my hands til i get a dough that i can make balls! Yeah, exactly, like making meat balls!* Never mind if you have not made any meat balls yet, these sweet ones are easier! And cheaper also ;)
So give 'em a try!
All I actually did is using some ingredients that I found in the kitchen cupboars! You might have no raw cane sugar but sorry, I do not know how they would taste without it.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of wholegrain rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of all puprose flour
  • a tablespoon of cocoa
  • a little cinnamon
  • orange zest, grated
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • a teaspoon of margarine
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 kašike 4 tablespoons of Raw Cane Sugar.

Just remember to bake them in a preheated oven for about twenty minutes, 180C.
P.S. *And just press them with your hand a little bit just to give them that cookie flat shape!
