Citrus kolač sa ukusom bergamota

Kolač od raznih tipova narandža.. Bergamotom, pomorandžom, limunom, crvenom pomorandžom...



Nema putera, ni margarine, već samo kašike maslinovog ulja! Jako aromatično!

Super mirišljavo, lagano i naravno zdravo!
A vi? Da li ste ikada mislili da biste jeli kolač bez putera ili margarina ili čak bez šolja ulja...???



Sastojci
  • Rendana korica bergamota
  • Rendana korica limuna
  • Sok jednog pomorandža
  • 200gr šećera
  • 600gr brašna
  • 20gr praška za pecivo
  • 200gr grckog jogurta 
  • Prstohvat soli
  • 2 jaja
  • Kašika maslinog ulja
  • Sok od 1/2 crvenog pomorandža

A za preliv
  • 150 gr šećera u prahu
  • Kašika i po sok od crvenog pomorandža
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom i rendanim koricama limuna i bergamota dugo, i to mikserom, sve dok ne dobijete kremastu gustu masu. Dodati jogurt i mešati. Posoliti. Dodati ulje i brašno sa praškom za pecivo kroz cediljke. Mešati mikserom dodajući i sok pomorandža.
Peći na 180stepeni za 40minuta, sve dok ne lepo porumeni a kad stavite nož u centru nož izlazi bez tragova testa.
Što se preliv tiče mešati kašikom u jednoj šolji prah šećera sa kašikom soka crvenog pomorandža sve dok ne bude gusto i malo tekuće.
Time preliti kolač kad se malo ohladi.

Koristi se grčki jogurt. Ovakvog je oblika...

 Big Citrus Cake

I made this cake just to use the bergamot zest... I combined it with a pink icing made of blood orange juice... It turned out so delicious! I can not describe the fragrance of bergamot in the mouth! This is also one of the healthiest cakes I have evef made... No need to worry, this cake contains no fat, just a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil! It also contains yoghurt that makes the dough so soft and healthy!

Ingredients
  • 350gr of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Natural juice of one orange
  • Bergamot orange zest
  • Lemon zest
  • 600gr of all purpose flour
  • 20gr baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tableapoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 200gr greek strained yoghurt (2% or 10% fat.)
  • juice of bood one blood orange.
For the icing
  • A cup of powdered sugar
  • A tablespoon and 1/2 of blood orange natural juice.
This is just a variation of the orange cake I use to make... A very simple and healthy cake, so easy to make!
This one is more delicious and there is definitely no need to use any flavour as the bergamot scent is so wonderful!
In a bowl mix the eggs, lemon and bergamot zest and sugar and stir well using a mixer. Add joghurt and stir. Add flour and baking powder though a sieve and then add orange juice. Pour into a prepared cake tin and bake i nthe preheated oven until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven and pierce a few holes i nthe top using a fork. Pout over the blood orange juice. Let it cool and then add the icing on top.
T omake the pink icing just stir sugar and a tablespoon of blood orange in a cup until it is thick enough but liguid too. Serve at room temperature. It tastes eve nbetter when it is not warm!
