Μηλοπιτάκι βρώμης

Μηλοπιτάκι βρώμης για έναν.

 

Υλικα για τη ζύμη  100γρ αλεύρι
200γρ περίπου νιφάδες βρώμης αλεσμένες να γίνουν σκόνη.
λίγο μπέϊκιν πάουντερ
λίγο αλάτι
1 κουταλάκι μαργαρίνη
λίγο νεράκι
λίγο ελαιόλαδο
υλικά για τη γέμιση
μισό μήλο γκόλντεν
λίγη καστανή ακατέργαστη ζάχαρη
λίγη κανέλα
σταφίδες σουλτανίνα.


Σε μια άλλη εκδοχή, όταν προσπάθησα την επόμενη να πολλαπλασιάσω το ζυμάρι για να βγάλω πολλά μικρά πιτάκια... χρησιμοποιησα τα εξής κι έβγαλα 8 πιτάκια, μισά σε μέγεθος από το αρχικό.

ένα κουτάλι βιτάμ
ένα κουταλάκι μπέϊκιν πάουντερ
λίγο αλάτι
δυό κουταλίες ελαιόλαδο
80ml νερό

Mini apple pies with oats in the dough!

Well, this is a wonderful super healthy idea! I did not have enough flour to make something but I needed a helathy breakfast! So what did I do? Well, I added some wholegrain rolled oats insted of the missing flour! The result was perfect and I made this pies again and again!
I chopped the oats in a food proccessor and addd them just like flour in the dough mix! In this way the pies are even healthier plus I did not have to spent any money to buy extra flour! Rich in fibre and beta glucan, oats are a good frined to thos ewho want to have low holesterol levels.
that day I made a pie just for me, it was round and had the size of an small/average plate. I had no walnuts to add so I added just apple and raisins, plus some cinnamon and of course raw cane sugar that makes apple pies even better!
I peeled an apple but used just the half of it. I did not measure the amount of the other ingrediens. 

I made the flour mixing the following ingredients
  • 100gr of all purpose flour
  • 200gr wholegrain rolled oats
  • 1/3 teaspoon of baking powdder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • a teaspoon of margarine
  • just a little water to elp me combine the ingredients with my hands...
  • a tablespoon or two od extra virgin olive oil.



The next day I tried to make more little pies for all of us to eat as the first one was so delicious!
So I made 8 mini apple pies out of the following ingredients
  • 200gr of all purpose flour
  • 200gr of wholegrain rolled oats
  • a teaspoon of margarine
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt, just because I though that the previous day the dough was a little bit salty.. even though I liked it.
  • two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 80ml of water
