Milopita=Pita od jabuka

Ukusna, lagana, mirišljava i zdrava.

Sastojci
  • 3 jabuke
  • 1 firiki (vrst jabuke, mini veličine)
  • 100gr šećera
  • malo cimeta
  • nekoliko oraha krupno iseckanih
  • kašika prezli
  • kašika brašna
  • šolja suvog grožđa
 i još...
  • malo konjaka
  • sok jednog limuna

a za testo će vam trebati
  • 300gr brašna
  • 100gr mlevenih ovsenih pahuljica
  • malo cimeta
  • 180gr margarine
  • 100gr šećera u prahu
  • kašičica praška za pecivo
  • 1 jaje
*i prah šećer za dekorisanje
Napraviti testo kao biskvit. U posudu staviti brašno, cimet i prašak za pecivo. Dodati prah šećer i  margarinu na hladne komadice. Ovsene pahuljice mleveti u multi pa dodati u smesu. Trljati rukama sve dok ne dobijete mrvice, da bude smesa kao pesak. Na kraju dodati 1 jaje, mešasti dobro rukama pa formirati loptu. Prekriti tu loptu sa plastičnom fojlom pa u frižideru za najmanje pola sata.Posle tog vremena staviti testo na podmazan margarinom pleh pa polako pritisnuti prstima  da ide svuda na površini pleh, mislim an dnu i malo na ivicama. Čuvati malo od tog testa, samo jednu kuglicu. To ćemo kasnije koristiti za dekoraciju iznad voćnog nadeva. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni za desetak minuta na 200stepeni.
U posudu sa vodom i sokom od limuna staviti komadice oljušćenih i iseckanih na kockicama jabuka. 
U šolji staviti konjak sa vodom i dodati suvo grožđe. Ostaviti u šolji za najmanje 10minuta pa ocediti.
Ocediti i jabuke. Dodati u posudu jabuke, orahe, suvo grožđe, šećer i cimet pa dobro mešati rukama. Dodati takođe kašiku prezli i kašiku brašna pa ponovo mešati.
Staviti voćnu smesu na testo a od onog malog komadica testa što ste sačuvali seći i napraviti male loptice kao leblebija pa staviti svuda na površinu. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni sve dok ne omekšaju jabuke i testo ne porumeni. Temparatura u rerni ne sme da bude viša od 200stepeni.
Na kraju dekorisati prah šećerom.

Greek apple pie

This is a very nice light dessert that you can eat any time of the day, even for breakfast!
It is a good healthy choice for those who avoid fats.
This is the way we make apple pie in Greece, something like a tart... but no cream included. So simple, yet so delicious!

Ingredients
for the fruit filling
  • 3 medium sized red apples
  • 1 firiki (that's a type of a mini apple)
  • 100gr sugar
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts broken in small pieces
  • tablespoon powder of toasted bread
  • tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of sultanina raisins
 and also...
  • 50ml cognac
  • juice of 1 lemon

for the biscuit base...
  • 300gr flour
  • 100gr oats
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 180gr butter or margarine
  • 100gr powdered sugar
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 1egg
*powdered sugar for decorating the apple pie

Preparation
Put the oats in a food processor and make them look like powder. Put in a bowl all the crust ingredients except the egg and butter. Add butter or margarine in small,cold pieces and stir until you form a mix like broken biscuits or sand. Add the egg and make a dough, make a round shape dough, then cover it and put it in the fridge for at least thirty minutes.
Then press the crust into the sides and bottom of pie pan, using your fingers. Make sure that you have kept a small amount of dough to use it later after filling the crust. Bake at 200degrees for 15 minutes, until the crust starts to look golden or at least it is harder than before.
Peel the apples and cut them in small pieces. Put them in a bowl with water and lemon juice while you keep cutting them so that they will keep that fresh color. Then use a sieve and keep the apples.
Put the raisins in a cup where you have addes cognac and water and let them thare fot 10minutes. Then use a sieve and keep the raisins. Combine them with all the filling ingredients.
Place the filling in the crust. Then cut small pieces of the dough you have already kept and make tiny balls that look like cheekpeas and put them all over the filling. Bake at 200degrees until the fruit is soft, baked and sweet and the crust looks golden...
Let cool and decorate it with powdered sugar using a sieve....

  1. odlicno izgleda I zvuci naravno... ja pravim lijenu pitu od jabuka I jos jednu vrstu sa mekim korama... ova je malo drugacija ali je odlicna!

    1. :) Hvala! Kod nas one lijene/lenje pite što vidim u vašim sajtovima nisu nimalo obične ovde, nisam nikad probala niti videla u poslastičarnicama ili kod pekara niti mi je neko pružio takvu kod kuće... Srećna sam što vam se dopada ova naša!
