Slatkiš od nara i mleka sa ukusom ruža.



Ukusan, lagan, osvežavajući slatkiš pun arome.




 
Sastojci (za 2 porcije)
Za ružičasti sloj od nara sa ukusom ruža trebaće vam
1/2 nara
2 kašike šećera
kašika vode od ruže
200ml vode
2 listića želatina

a za mlečni sloj
100ml mleka 1,5% masnoće
kašičica šećera
vanilin šećer
listić želtine

U hladnoj vodi ostaviti listić želatine da se omekša a za to vreme u džezvi zagrejati mleko sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom. Kad se dobro zagreje i pre nego što da vri dodati želatinu i mešati dobro kašikom tako da ne budu komadice želatine. Kroz cediljke sipati u posude i ostaviti u frižideru sve dok ne zgusne.
U multi staviti 200ml vode. Dodati zrna polovine nara i mleveti. Dobićete sok. Kroz cediljku sipati u šerpicu. Dodati šećer i vodu od ruža. Kad se dobro zagreje i pre nego što da vri dodati želatinu i mešati dobro kašikom tako da ne budu komadice želatine. Kroz cediljke sipati u posude iznad mlečnog sloja pa ostaviti u frižideru sve dok ne zgusne.
Dekorisati po želji, ja sam koristila nekoliko zrna nara.

ROSE POMEGRANATE DESSERT 

Ingredients for 2 portions
200ml water
1/2 pomegranate
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoonof rose water
2 gelatine leaves

and also
100ml low fat milk 1,5%
1 gelatine leaf
1 teaspoon of sugar
vanilla extract
 
First of all you have to make the base, the one that is made of milk. It is a light panna cotta base. Soak the gelatine leaf in a little cold water until soft. Place the milk, vanilla, sugar into a small pan and bring to a simmer. Squeeze the water out of the gelatine leaf, then add the gelatine leaf into the mix and stir well with a spoon until the gelatine has dissolved. Divide the mixture among two small bowls and leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour, until set. 
To make the really delicious and well scented part of pomegranate and rose firstly you have to prepare the gelatine leaves again. So, once again soak the gelatine leaves in a little cold water until soft. Remember to put them in the cold water one by one and not all together at the same time.
In a food proccessor put the pomegranate seeds, add water and make a juice. Then remove the white part of the seeds using a sieve add the clear/clean juice into a pan. Add sugar and water rose and bring to a simmer. Squeeze the water out of the gelatine leaves, then add the gelatine leaves into the mix one by one and stir well with a spoon until the gelatine has dissolved. Divide the mixture among those two small bowls now over the first part that you have already made and leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour, until set. Decorate with pomegranate seeds, serve cool and enjoy!
