Mafini sa bademom i mlečnom čokoladom


Ukus podseća na čuvenu grčku čokoladu iz detinjstva




Sastojci
3 jaja
300gr brašna
3/4 šolja badema u prahu
2 kašičice praška za pecivo
120ml maslinovog ulja
230ml mleka
150gr šećera
10gr mlečna čokolada za kuvanje na male komadice iseckana

U posudi umutiti jaja sa mlekom, uljem i šećerom. Dodati brašno i prašak za pecivo malo po malo kroz cediljke a na kraju dodati prah od badema. Mešati dobro mikserom. Dodati komadice čokolade i mešati kašikom. Testo sipati/podeliti u kalupice podmazane uljem i posute brašnom i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200stepeni za 20minuta.


ALMOND AND MILK CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Well, I made these muffins as an alternative of those ones with coconut, just in case somebody does not like coconut. But this was not the main reason. I came up with the idea of making these muffins when I was savouring a milk chocolate with whole almonds... It was just then that I realized that this combination is so successful in sweets and also so popular! When i was a little my granny used to buy me a very popular chocolate in Greece, Ion milk chocolate with pieces of almond, and also that one that I was that evening savouring, milk chocolate with whole almonds... So I thought it would be a good idea to make some muffins and just put inside pieces of chocolate and let them have a scent of real almond...

Ingredients
300gr plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
230ml milk
120ml extra virgin olive oil
100 gr milk chocolate chips
3/4 of a cup almond powder

Break the eggs in a bowl and add milk and oil. Mix well using the mixer. Add the flour and baking powder and stir well. Add almond powder and stir well. In the end add the chocolate chips and stir gently with a spoon. Spoon the mixture into cases/muffin cups, each one should be about half full. In this way you will get about 12 pieces. Sprinkle with some extra chocolate chips if you want. Bake in preheated oven, 200C for 20minutes until well-risen.
